Yes!
Open the PPTools.INI file in a text editor like Notepad (or just click the edit PPTools INI button on the Programmer's toolbar that comes with PPTools)
Locate the section of the file that begins with
[PPT2HTML]
(note, NOT the [RnR PPT2HTML] section)
Add the following:
HTMLExtension=HTML
Substitute whatever extension you prefer to the right of the equals sign.
Don't include the period - PPT2HTML will add that automatically for you.
Save the file.
Now when you check your PPT2HTML preferences, you'll note that it displays the new extension in the "Output will look like" section. It will also now use your preferred extension for the HTML files it writes.
