What is PPT2HTML?

PPT2HTML is a PowerPoint to HTML conversion tool that's custom-made for PowerPoint users who:

• Want total control over layout and features when they convert their presentations to HTML
• Need to create browser-independent HTML
• Want to make their web presentations accessible to site visitors with vision disabilities

PPT2HTML uses template HTML files to control what its HTML output looks like. It includes several that you can use as-is or edit to suit your own needs. Or you can create new ones from scratch using any HTML editor you like.

With PPT2HTML, you have near-total control over the HTML in your converted presentations.

Templates are standard HTML files with special "placeholders" that tell PPT2HTML where to add certain information, much like merge fields in your word processor.

Once you've got the template looking the way you want it, you choose it in PPT2HTML's preferences dialog, set a few options, then watch the fun.

PPT2HTML exports an image from each slide in your presentation or from each slide in the range you choose. It then reads your template and creates an HTML page for each slide you've chosen to export.

Finally, it asks you whether you'd like to view the finished conversion in your browser.
