Friday won't let me create or open a FAQ in certain folders

Friday doesn't permit you to open or create FAQs in:

• The same folder as Friday itself (that is, the folder where you installed Friday, where FRIDAY.EXE is located)
• The root folder of any drive. You must create at least one folder to hold your FAQ
